WHAT YOU’D BE DOING
We call the role an Education Consultant. You own a student’s full learning journey:
- Meeting families and conducting assessments to determine what the student actually needs
- Designing a customised education programme, and choosing the right tutors to deliver it
- Coaching and supervising your tutor team, and running their training seminars
- Mentoring students one-on-one
- Presenting progress reviews to parents, and liaising with the student’s own teachers, HODs and psychologists
WHAT YOU’LL EARN
- R28 000 per month minimum
- Potentially R30 000 – R40 000 per month based on performance
- Team Leaders earn from R35 000 per month
WHAT ELSE CHANGES
- No marking. No classroom management. No break/playground duty.
- Pedagogical training on lesson planning and teaching methodologies. You’ll actually use the skills you learn in your degree.

PROGRESSION

WHO WE WANT
- A PGCE, B.Ed, or teaching qualification – SP, FET, Intermediate or Foundation Phase
- Classroom experience is valuable but not essential – newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply
- Strong academics, including good matric results
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence

HOURS AND LOCATION
Full-time, from our Claremont office. 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:00 Saturdays, plus occasional after-hours client meetings.
