Own a portfolio of clients. Diagnose the need. Design the solution. Lead the delivery team.
Genius Premium Tuition is hiring Client Programme Managers /Education Consultants- to take end-to-end ownership of client relationships in a premium education practice.
If you’re strong in case management, account management or client success and you’re tired of managing accounts you can’t actually change the outcome of, read on.
WHAT END-TO-END ACTUALLY MEANS HERE
- Needs analysis: you meet the family, run the assessment interviews, and establish exactly what the problem is
- Solution design: you build the customised education programme that addresses it and present it
- Resourcing: you select and brief the tutors who will deliver it
- Team leadership: you coach and supervise that tutor team, and hold them to standard
- Ongoing account management: you run progress reviews with parents, handle escalations, adjust the programme, and retain the client
- Stakeholder management: you liaise with the student’s teachers, HODs and psychologists
One client, one manager: you. You are their single point of contact from first call to final result. Nothing gets handed off to a delivery team you’ve never met.
WHAT YOU’LL EARN
- R28 000 per month base
- Potential to earn R30 000 – R40 000 per month based on performance and outcomes
- Team Leaders earn R35 000 per month
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in any of the following translates directly:
- Case management or case coordination
- Account management, key accounts, or client relationship management
- Client success, customer success, or client liaison
- Consultative or solution selling
- Programme or project coordination with client-facing accountability
What matters most:
- You can sit across from a parent, ask hard questions, and be trusted
- You can write clearly – reports and proposals are yours
- You can hold a team to a standard
- You are comfortable with targets and being measured on outcomes
- A relevant degree, and a strong academic record including good matric results
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence

An interest in education matters more than a qualification in it. We train the education skills side. We can’t train caring about whether a child passes.
TRAINING AND PROGRESSION
Three months of paid structured onboarding under an experienced team leader covering our assessment methodology, systems and client processes. From there: Education Consultant to Team Lead to branch leadership. Our entire Executive Team came up this way.

HOURS AND LOCATION
Full-time, Fourways Johannesburg. 08:00–17:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00–12:00 Saturdays, plus occasional after-hours client meetings – parents are available in the evenings.
